Headquartered in the of Edogawa Ward Tokyo Japan, our team of 160 craftsmen work with research and development personnel to integrate the best of artisan skills, modern technology, and high-quality materials, sharing the common goal of producing the world’s finest golf clubs. Each finished okano golf clubs requires one hundred people’s hands and six months to build, undergoing stringent inspection at every turn; whether by a supersonic wave or a seasoned artisan, then refined by the master craftsman until it is deemed flawless.

PRODUCTION OF A MASTER WOOD MODEL
A wooden master model for a okano golf club is produced by the designer.

Each titanium head undergoes stringent inspections for any flaws prior to polishing.

POLISHING
The heads are further refined by artisans for precision and aesthetics.

WOOD COATING
Each head is then coated and carefully finished to perfection by the skilled artisan.

ASSEMBLING
The shaft is inserted into the head, then joined using a type of epoxy adhesive. This process is carefully done by the artisan who checks the assembly with a discerning eye.

BALANCE CHECK
Finally, the head is checked to determine if it complies with strict balance benchmarks using a precision balance meter to ensure there’s no compromise on quality.

METAL MOLDS
A metal mold is produced by a master artisan through his senses and sensibilities.Finally, the head is checked to determine if it complies with strict balance benchmarks using a precision balance meter so as to ensure there’s no compromise on quality.

The iron head is then refined by a seasoned artisan until ideal. *Only applied for pro/special orders.

Plating is carefully and artfully applied to each iron head in our factories.
